In short: Printseoul prints saddle-stitched and perfect-bound magazines on offset presses in Korea, supports recurring issue schedules, and delivers to one or several addresses by air or ocean.

Binding for magazines

  • Saddle stitching for most magazines, from 16 to 200 pages in multiples of 4.
  • Perfect binding for thicker issues and special editions that need a printed spine.

Paper and finish

Interiors are typically 100 to 120 gsm on gloss or matte stock, with 250 to 300 gsm covers, optionally laminated. Use the US pound-to-gsm guide to translate a U.S. spec, and request a free paper sample kit to compare stocks by hand.

Recurring issues and the calendar

Tell us your issue schedule and production and delivery dates are planned around it. Each issue is quoted at the pricing in effect when you order. Ocean freight takes about 35 days, so work backward from your on-sale date: see why July is your real deadline for a September issue.

Distribution and mailing

One order can ship to several addresses, such as a distributor, a warehouse, and a mailing house. Direct mailing with periodicals-class preparation is available as an add-on, priced separately once your address list is uploaded.
